Amigos, we have loved shaking your cocktails and creating unmissable fiestas over the years, but as of today, 5th January, we will sadly be closing our doors in Revolución de Cuba Southampton and Revolución de Cuba Sheffield.
This was a difficult decision and comes down to a challenging trading environment and part of Revolution Bars Group’s constant process of reviewing the estate.
We are currently working through redeployment plans to enable those team members affected to be offered alternative employment elsewhere in the Group. We will continue to operate 58 bars and 22 pubs, including 15 Revolución de Cuba bars across the UK.
Rob Pitcher, our CEO said:
“Our younger customers are still feeling the disproportionate effect of the cost-of-living crisis…Therefore, we have taken the difficult decision to close several bars.
Our teams do a terrific job in making guests welcome and giving them a great experience and again we have demonstrated that when our customer base can afford to do so, they are choosing to celebrate with us, and we have delivered record levels of satisfaction.”
We want to extend an enormous thank you for joining the Revolución de Cuba fiesta throughout the years and making some unforgettable memories.
