We’re looking to recruit an expert rum taste tester; someone who loves and celebrates rum as much as we do. If you consider yourself a rum fan, then this is the dream job for you. The successful applicant will be paid £1,000 to join our expert team for a day of sampling, exploring and critiquing the huge range of rums that we have to offer.

You’ll be fully immersed in the world of rum, and as well as meeting some of our incredibly talented team members you’ll also be a part of a session with Bacardi’s UK rum ambassador. Better yet, you will be included in our cocktail development session and work with our team to curate future cocktails.

We have recently launched a brand-new cocktail menu, and as part of this role you’ll be helping us develop delicious cocktails such as the following:

The Mango Passion Spritz and Miami Vice, both of which are made with Bacardi Cuatro rum (click here to discover more about Bacardi Cuatro).

Bacardi Spiced Perfect Serve, made with Bacardi Spiced rum (click here to discover more about Bacardi Spiced) and served with a splash of Red Bull Tropical and a wedge of lime.
