    Other important stuff you need to know

    Management reserves the right to refuse entry; a booking does not guarantee entry.
    We operate an over 18s policy in our bars, please check your local bar page for more details and ensure you bring your photo ID (passport or driving license).

    Payment

    Payments can be made in venue or for corporates via BACS. BACS payments must be received a minimum of 14 days in advance of your Event date.
    Please note that we now operate cashless venues.

     

    VAT

    Due to the reduced VAT rate period running till the 15th January 2021 on food and soft drinks, we are currently issuing Confirmations of Deposit upon receipt of your deposit. You will be issued a final VAT invoice, including reduced VAT rates where applicable, at the time of Event.

        • You will receive an email, as you requested a voucher to be sent to you after providing feedback following a recent visit to Revolucion de Cuba, The voucher will entitle you to 1 free cocktail at the bar you left your feedback at, you cannot use the voucher at another location.  No further vouchers will be sent in relation to this visit. This voucher is only valid in England and Wales. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose unless you subscribed to the venue’s newsletter during the feedback process. Your comments and/or photo uploads given within your feedback, may be used anonymously for the venue’s marketing purposes.     Happy Hour
    • The offering within England and Wales is 2-4-£10 cocktails, £3.50 pints of San Miguel and £20 bottle of prosecco. The timings for these bars differ and can be found on each bar’s info page. To find our happy hour timings at your desired location, visit www.revoluciondecuba.com/locations/
    • In Scotland the offer is for £6 selected cocktails, £4 pints of San Miguel and £20 bottle of prosecco, applicable Sunday to Wednesday all day.
    • In Belfast the offer is for 2-4-£10 on cocktails, £4.00 pints of San Miguel and £20 bottle of prosecco (ask at your bar), applicable Sunday to Friday, 5pm until 7pm.
    • This offer is not valid on Bank Holidays and during the month of December.
    • Both cocktails must be the same.

    Order at Table / Refunds / Cancellation
    • You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol in the UK. You will be refused service if you are unable to produce appropriate photo identification if requested and no refund will be issued.
    • You must place your order and have a confirmation before the last orders, or you will not receive your items but you will still be charged. By placing your order you are confirming that your order will be processed before the cut off time and that you forfeit the right to a refund if you do not follow this.
    • It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. If you have any problem with your order or payment please contact a member of staff for assistance.
    • All products and offers are subject to availability. We may offer alternative products or a refund where appropriate at our discretion.
    • We maintain sole discretion to refuse service to any individual in the pursuit of safety or adhering to local licencing objectives. In the event service is refused offering a refund will be at our discretion.
    • While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is based on inaccurate information.
    • Refunds may take between 3 and 10 working days depending on your bank.
    • These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer to cancel certain contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

    • Kids eat for £1 is not available at all locations.
    • This offer is valid during School Holidays only, apart from National Children’s Day on Sunday 12th May 2024 where the offers applies for the entire day.

    • One kids meal for a £1, per one adult main meal purchased.
    • A main meal can be any substantial dish from our Main Event section or 3 of our tapas dishes.

    Pride x Absolut
